Our Rooms
Tucked into a historic circa-1790 manor along the Delaware River, each of our nine rooms has its own personality — named for the birds that call Bucks County home. All rooms include a private bath, complimentary Wi-fi, and a flat-screen TV, and your stay includes a full homemade breakfast each morning.
The Goldfinch
Bright and inviting, the Goldfinch is a lovely second-floor retreat with a gas fireplace perfect for cool evenings and a generous private bath with a double stall shower. A wonderful choice for a romantic getaway or a quiet escape.

The Hummingbird
Cozy and charming, the Hummingbird has an intimate feel all its own — tucked just off the living room on the first floor, it's perfect for guests who want to feel right at home. The private bath features beautiful granite flooring and a generous double stall shower.

The Scarlet Tanager
Our most romantic room. The Scarlet Tanager is a dreamy second-floor hideaway with a classic shower-over-tub bath that feels like a true escape. Guests who stay here tend to come back for it.

The Sandpiper
The Sandpiper is our largest non-suite king — spacious, comfortable, and finished with a gas fireplace that makes it especially popular in the fall and winter months. A great choice if you want a little extra room to spread out.

The Meadowlark
Airy and generous, the Meadowlark is our largest non-suite queen — situated in the newer wing with a bright front-facing outlook and a lovely private bath. A peaceful, comfortable room for a longer stay.

The Purple Martin
Originally the entire second floor of the manor home, the Purple Martin is a grand king suite with a separate sitting room — ideal for couples who want extra space or small groups of up to four. Two rooms, two TVs, and a stunning private bath with granite flooring.

The White Dove

The Blue Heron
One of our most beloved rooms, the Blue Heron features a private balcony overlooking the pond — a magical spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A king bed, gas fireplace, and exclusively private bath just across the hall round out this special retreat.

The Baltimore Oriole
Our most expansive suite, the Baltimore Oriole is a world unto itself — a full living room, private kitchen, oversized bath with soaking tub, and a private deck, all on the first floor. Ideal for extended stays, special occasions, or guests traveling with a dog. This is our only pet-friendly room.
