Preheat oven to 350° . In medium bowl mix the first two ingrediants. In large bowl cream together the next four ingrediants. Blend flour mixture into butter/sugar mixture. Knead dough until smooth. Roll dough and cut into 2"x2" squares. Spread filling onto squares. Fold dough over filling to make triangles. Place cookies onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 13-15 minutes (until slightly browned around edges.) Move from baking sheets to racks to cool.
