Delectable Croissant French Toast

Ingredients:
Steps: In bowl wisk the first four ingredients until combined. Soak croissant slices in mixture. Heat frying pan to low-medium heat and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly brown soaked croissants in frying pan, flipping after first side is golden. Cook slowly so that the mixture cooks throughout without needing to flatten the croissants.
Serve with powered sugar on top and two slices bacon or sausage.
